Handknitting.com is an online knitting and crochet retail store.
Laurel and John Murphy founded Handknitting.com in 1996. They hail from Baltimore, MD and just moved out to Jackson, WY this past summer.

They came to us in need of some consulting on their social media networks. They already maintained a WordPress blog, Twitter, Facebook and Ravelry accounts. They had all these networks funneling in their clients to their online store. The trouble they were having was orchestrating updates to them, so they were complimenting one another and driving their consumers to their website.

By the looks of things, Handknitting.com has benefited greatly to maximizing their social media resources. It was incredibly rewarding to have the chance to work with these two. They have ran this successful business for the past 15 years and have adapted to the needs of their customers as our web usage has made some pretty drastic changes.
